Bradley got his start in software engineering at just 17 before taking the reins at Exall Group in 2018, where he's since landed impressive single ply roofing contracts with universities across London and the South East. His get-it-done attitude has helped build strong relationships with some well-known names — including Tesla, the European Commission, and the NHS. Outside of work, you'll find him cheering on Arsenal, playing golf to a scratch handicap, and enjoying time with his fiancée and young daughter.

Daisy found her feet in construction recruitment from the age of 18, giving her a solid grounding in the industry before joining Exall Group in 2018. She now keeps the day-to-day running of the office in order, making sure everything behind the scenes ticks along smoothly. Outside of work, she's kept busy by her young daughter.

Joanne began her career as a legal secretary at a multinational law firm in London’s bustling West End. After meeting David in 1983, she joined him in managing day-to-day customer relations. Today, Joanne oversees all new sales inquiries for the family business and serves as your first point of contact for roofing projects.

Perry worked as a technician at Hot Tub Assist before making the move into roofing, where he has quickly established himself as an expert in both single ply and standing seam systems, holding Kalzip Approved status along the way. Perry also holds a string of industry accreditations including IPAF and Working at Height, making him a safe pair of hands on any project. Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course or enjoying time with his family and two boys.
