Not usually. If your building height is under 25 metres, we can typically access the roof using our own cherry picker equipment, which keeps survey costs down and turnaround fast. Buildings over 25 metres may require a drone survey or, in some cases, scaffold access depending on the roof layout and the level of detail required. Exall Group is CHAS accredited and every operative on site holds the relevant qualifications for the work being carried out, including IPAF, CSCS, Working at Height and asbestos awareness where applicable. All work at height is planned and executed in line with the Work at Height Regulations 2005, and risk assessments and method statements are produced for every project.
