Roof Condition Surveys
A roof condition survey gives you an accurate, documented picture of what your roof looks like right now — its remaining lifespan, current defects, areas of priority and a costed maintenance recommendation. Where access or roof area makes it appropriate, we can combine a physical inspection with a drone survey to ensure full coverage without the need for additional access equipment.

A condition survey is the right starting point before any planned maintenance programme, before acquiring a commercial property, or if you have a roof that hasn't been inspected in the last two to three years. It also links directly to our drone surveys, general maintenance and emergency repair services — giving you a single contractor from survey through to works.
Our Process
We attend site and carry out a physical inspection of all accessible roof areas. Where physical access is limited or the roof area is large, we deploy drone surveys alongside the physical inspection to ensure nothing is missed.
Every defect is recorded and photographed — membrane failures, lap joint issues, failed flashings, blocked or damaged outlets, ponding areas, upstand failures and any structural concerns. Nothing is missed and nothing is described without photographic evidence.
Each roof area is given a condition rating and defects are prioritised — immediate action required, short-term maintenance, medium-term planned works. This gives you a clear picture of where your budget needs to go first.
A written report with photographs, condition ratings, prioritised maintenance schedule and budget estimates is delivered within 48 hours. We're available to talk through the findings and answer questions on the recommended works.
