Working on hospitals is not the same as working on a standard commercial site. All operatives hold current DBS clearance where required. We submit RAMS, method statements and insurance certificates in advance of every project — not on the day.

We liaise directly with your estates team to agree safe access routes, working hours and material storage away from clinical areas. Hot works permits are obtained and managed by us. We carry £10 million public liability insurance as standard.
