Private Equestrian Centre

Exall Group are currently on site at a private equestrian centre in Chertsey, Surrey, undertaking a full roof replacement across approximately 660m².

The existing steel top deck standing seam roof has been stripped and removed along with the original valley gutters. In its place, Exall Group are installing a new AshZip stucco embossed standing seam system in 0.90mm gauge panels — one of the most durable and architecturally refined standing seam systems available — delivering exceptional weather performance and a premium finish suited to the high-specification nature of the property.

Box gutters are being replaced with a new Sikaplan single ply membrane system, heat welded to form a fully bonded, watertight channel with long-term warranty backing.

The scope also includes replacement of the vertical cladding to the perimeter elevations and replacement of the existing mono half round ridge tiles with a new dry ridge system — providing a clean, modern roofline finish that complements the new standing seam panels.

Works are progressing on programme with completion expected March 2026. Drone photography of the completed roof will be published upon handover.
