At Dell EMC, a persistent and significant leak in their reception area was causing disruptions and raising concerns about potential structural damage. Our team conducted a comprehensive drone survey to identify the root cause of the issue. Using high-resolution aerial imagery, we inspected the roof and surrounding areas, pinpointing areas of damage and potential vulnerabilities. The survey revealed blocked drainage points and damaged roofing materials that were allowing water infiltration. Our findings provided Dell EMC with the insights needed to take targeted and effective repair actions, minimizing further disruption and ensuring the long-term integrity of their reception area.
